Shanghai Bingfeng Instrument plastic factory and Shanghai Shuangteng electric component Co. Ltd (hereinafter referred to SBF or the company) are two enterprises running by the same management. The company has been professionally engaging in R&D and production of automobile and motorcycle Instrument cluster parts since founded in 1996 . Products cover thick film resistor ,odometer assembly, meter transmission gears&shafts,fuel tank level senor,speedo movement and other meter components of which thick film resistor and odo assembly are the dominant products that both monthly output can reach 1.5 million. Further more,The company also do the trade of other meter spare parts such as bush sintered, float, spindle assy, connector, instrument bulbs,fuel pressure transducer etc.

With 16 years development and supports from business partners, SBF has equipped with complete,advanced hardware equipments. R&D ability and professional technology level are becoming gradually maturer. Technologies like mould, lettering,designing, printing and Laser trimming are in the leading level in the automotive components field. Up to now, the company has developed over 1000 kinds of thick film circuit cards, 36 kinds of odometer assembly, over 20 kinds of odo gears&transmission shafts and 4 sets of odometer press-parts. These products are all able to be customized(OEM service). The company had passed the authentification of IS09001:2008 quality management system, ISO/TS16949:2009 automotive products quality. In 2011, SBF annual sales volume reached 10million dollars, As the company became 3 new clients' supplier this year, we have confidence that SBF can realize 12 millon USD annual sales volume in 2012. Further more,A new modern factory covers 10000 square meter is under construction.
